This is the third time I’ve used my machine to make ice cream. The mixture is above the line of ice cream Maxville just barely and the machine runs for five seconds and turns off and then sits there and it waits and the temperature climbs and then it’ll start again for five seconds and then stops and then the temperature rises again. This is the second batch. I’ve done to see if I was doing something wrong and it’s still the same I need help. What happened to my machine

I’ve done everything as instructed and the machine has been running for 4 hours now. It’s still not getting cold or slushing up. Any advice?

Machine will turn on and spin but it won’t let me change setting from clean to anything else.

Hello,

I just recently was gifted this device and when pouring in liquid to make something for example a grape slushie the temperature will start around 13 but rise instead of falling to the -2 Celsius it needs to make the slush. Is there a quick fix or a part that I can buy to fix my issue? Thank you.

Mine has been running for 2 hours and it’s still not cold!
