Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
U.S. Domestic Shipping Policy
Orders placed on syintao.shop for delivery within the contiguous United States are fulfilled from our U.S.-based warehouse located in California and New York, USA.
Products displayed as “In Stock” are physically stocked in the United States before customers place their orders. Orders to U.S. customers are not shipped cross-border from Hong Kong, China, or any other country.
Order Processing

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after shipment. Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped domestically through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be sent by email after the order has shipped.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping for the SYINTAO 2-in-1 Slushie & Soft Serve Ice Cream Maker is free within the contiguous United States.
Customs and Import Duties
U.S. customers are not required to complete customs clearance or pay import duties because orders are fulfilled from inventory already located in the United States.
Shipping is NOT available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. Territories.
Returns
Approved returns for U.S. orders will be returned to our designated U.S. return facility. Customers will not be required to return products internationally.
Order Cancellations
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately, however, there is no guarantee that it will be canceled. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. Please see our Refund Policy for the return process.
